EPNS A1 (Electro Plated Nickle Silver – Highest Quality). 92 Piece Set of Silver-Plated Cutlery Consists of. With this set not only will you be adding style to your dining table, but also making sure you are prepared for every eventuality. All pieces are stamped on the underside of the handle of the spoons and forks with the A1 DIXON mark and on the blades with the JAMES DIXON & SONS LTD SHEFFIELD mark. All knives have superior quality silver plated hollow handles that are attached to world famous. This is a vintage set of cutlery that is beautifully made that has the normal signs of use with some signs of wear and surface marks. The wooden case is made by Arthur Price and is in lovely condition and has done a super job looking after its contents. Checking through the set I note that one table fork and one dessert spoon don’t have the Dixon markings but are still in the same matching Grecian design.
